We are a family-owned and -operated company and we are delighted to offer our grandmother's baked ricotta cheesecake. Our Original Italian Cheesecake is made with the freshest ricotta available. We also make the Classic New York Style Cheesecake with the one and only Philadelphia Cream Cheese. We provide a wide variety of flavors, such as almond, amaretto, blueberry, caramel apple, cherry and many more.
Our specialty desserts that our grandmother took so much pride in making for her family for the holidays were pasteria, made with fresh ricotta, whole grain flour, and citrus fruit, and macaroni pie, made with the freshest Toma cheese, ziti macaroni, and a whole lot of love. All of our mail-order cheesecakes are made by hand to order, with dedication to the finest and freshest ingredients available.
Our Grandma's Italian Cheesecake is something that is near and dear to our hearts. It brought our family together constantly, whether it was a holiday or a Saturday night, she knew that when she made it, it was going to be a late night for all of us. We would talk and talk loud, like Italians do, and laugh into the late hours of the night. When we decided to start the company, this was our goal for all families. As the kids get older, they lose touch with family and what it means to be a family.
We hope that our gourmet cheesecakes and other desserts do the same for your family as it did for ours. Bringing families together is more important now than ever before, and being able to come together and laugh with the ones we love makes whatever problems there are non-existent for the moment. We are a regular Italian family, trying to get families together at the table more and more. So like our grandmother, we will do anything to bring our family and your family together.
